Single-Engine Plane Crashes Near Buckhannon

At Buckhannon, at around 5:40 p.m. on February 18, 2023, a single-engine Cessna 210 crashed in a field close to Upshur County Regional Airport, as per Mina Kaji of the Federal Aviation Administration’s office of communications. There was just the pilot aboard.

The plane sustained significant damage when it went down in a field off the runway on Saturday night, according to the FAA. Rescuers arrived at the site at Hall Road and Industrial Park Road around 6:30, as reported by the Buckhannon Fire Department.
